Never eat after 9 PM

Take a hot shower every morning

Eat a big breakfast! Have it include grains like oatmeal
and also eggs & bacon, fruit, toast, milk and tea/coffee.

ou will lose weight and not be hungry all morning!

Eat your dinner for lunch and have lots of vegetables!!

Have a piece of fruit in the afternoon.

Have lunch for dinner. ie. Salad & tuna/chicken, fruit & cheese, lowfat milk

Have cereal at 7 or 8 PM and then take a hot bath, lay on

your bed; in perfect silence and relax..... ZZZzzzzzzzz



You'll lose weight, be well rested, clean and happy!

Nice advice Vivid. I eat oatmeal with peanut butter. I love corn, carrots and yellow string beans. I eat turkey and roast beef and love kippered herring. I love eating pears, apple sauce, and peaches.
